Ethereum rallies to $3,000 for the first time since April 2022. Ethereum has outperformed Bitcoin, rising 30% since the beginning of the year, compared to Bitcoin’s 22% increase.
Ethereum looks like it will continue its rally, as there is major news on the horizon for the second largest cryptocurrency.
Ethereum has the Dencun upgrade estimated to launch March 13th. The Dencun upgrade aims to address scalability and greatly reduce transaction fees on layer 2s.
There is also a lot of excitment around the Ethereum ETF, as many are eyeing May for the potential spot Ethereum ETF approval.
